Statewide Protocol Medical and Skill Formulary for SHCGB

1. Equipment services will be required to have:
- Dial a flow device or IV Pumps for Norepinephrine administration
- 100cc NS IV Bags for Magnesium Drips
- D10 Premixed IV Bags for Hypoglycemia no more D50
- Lidocaine Pre-Mix Bag if adding Lidocaine to Service for Cardiac
- Norepinephrine for Septic and Cardiogenic Shock, Epi Drip to remain for Bradycardia (dopamine is no longer part of the minimum equipment list and is not part of these protocols)
- Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen PO Tablet and Liquid
- Reglan
- IV Acetaminophen (Oct 18)

- Tridal for Pulmonary Edema Only
